They do boast some less major equipped locations within their home country. What they have done is expand their different hubs which are specifically for different parts of their business. Nevertheless, the fact that all of them are in South Korea isn’t too shocking. At Jeju International Airport, they have both cargo and domestic hubs. Furthermore, they persist with the beginnings of new cargo hubs in deliberated locales throughout Asia. ?You get a lot of blind terrorists coming through here?? I asked cynically. ?Its not like the dog can hide a machine gun under his leash!? The screener tried to recover with a lame explanation he?d obviously dreamed up right there on the spot.

?Uh, well, it?d be pretty easy for someone to pretend they?re blind and sneak something onto a plane by using a dog,? he blurted. Yeah right? I wasn?t buying it.

After the search, I continued on to the gate, still angry at the screener for what I presumed to be an unnecessary violation.

In fact a poor leader with a great vision, will achieve more than a great leader with an ill-conceived plan. Success covers a huge number of failures. If you are successful, people will tend to forget many mistakes you make as a leader. If you are ineffective people are less likely to overlook your deficiencies in vision.

If you are pushing people toward shared success, they will tend to stick with you because they are succeeding. In some cases they may even start mimicking some of your poor leadership habits thinking they are part of the reason for your success.

Obviously good leadership skills are very important. It is much better to lead with a solid vision and skillful leadership expertise. Just make sure that as you develop your leadership skills, you don?t overlook the skills that will let you develop a vision that makes it worth it for followers to follow you.

Ok, store name is squared away…now I need to build the store. For about 4 bucks a month you could use GoDaddy to host your web site and they offer templates you can use to build one. But even in this tight money/tight time situation I would prefer to build my own and host it somewhere else. The main reason is that when you use these services, people can just tell. What do I mean? People can tell you just used some template…and you don’t want that thought to even cross their mind.

Alrighty then…I need hosting and some way to build a web site for no money. For hosting there are a wide array of options out there; and while I’m not going to beat that to death in this discussion, make sure you research the uptime promises of the provider. In any event, for my deal, I’m going to set up an account with Third Sphere for $25 a month.
